Head of Programmes, Solidaridad East and Central Africa (ECA) Mr. Stephen Kithuka is the Head of Programmes at Solidaridad ECA. As a Head of Programmes, he is responsible for oversight of all regional programming work, charged with leading, developing and managing the programme team to achieve the aspirations of Solidaridad ECA strategic vision. Stephen supports programme development, partnership engagement, effective coordination, resource mobilization, prioritization and allocation, technical support and guidance. Prior to that, Stephen worked at The Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). He holds both Masters and BSc in Strategic Management and Agribusiness Management respectively.
